Sometime we should imagine that education is not only conservative regular meeting. The are a lot of people who have a good capacity but getting no education because of schedule, medium of learning, the quality of teacher, etc.
Don't we want to let students learn by on-line meeting. Don't we think to have an on-line learning. Internet for example, it is a way to free them from time, room, and certain teacher. They just do and learn anytime they like.
This system i hope, will handle all of burden in life. Just give a chance a different way.
