ANGKOT, a public transportation, is not honesty in Bogor. It is because no strictly regulation back to its desire,no passanger right to complain. A way to ask local government to increase its tariff done by demonstrative action. SK Walikota (the explicitly policy of Bogor area) Bogor No.551.2.45-326, year 2008 explained that the transportation must suit to regulation.
As priced of BBM (especially premium) increase because of America’s crisis in 2008, here in Indonesia we get the sama problem. It is never mind if the same position we receive as a risk. But the happen we get is not only the burden of life we take, but the transportation like a baby feel happy. There no certain regulation how much a price the driver take from one man. Indonesian idiom says, suka-suka (up to the angkot driver).
On the contrary, as the premium discrease, the ticket still they do with the ease. What’s a funny of course. Like people who has no education, they ask us to understand their life. They hope that the tariff the same as BBM higher.
Day by day as a human, people wait and see to have a the tight hokum. It is 10 days after premium increased and govermant regulation declared. It is not happen in Bogor of corse, but all of Indonesian area. A vested interest done without saying.
In Bogor as a case, the driver angkot doesn’t understand the people problem, the same as angkot community named organda. After getting one side of their need, from Rp1700 to Rp2000, today they don’t receive some tariff Rp2000, though we pay Rp1700. They break a rule by their self. A few of apparatus get diffulty to reach all of their illegal rule.. Organda as a institution that back of angkot lets anything happen. Pasanger has no community to vote their choice except keeping silent.
